Before Your Order Ships
Contact us ASAP via email at [email protected] or phone 1-800-578-8772.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet — usually within 2 business days — we can cancel it at no charge.
Once an order has been processed but hasn’t shipped, a $25 cancellation fee applies.
After Your Order Ships
Get in touch right away and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Where a shipment can still be stopped in transit, a $25 cancellation fee applies along with the outgoing and return shipping and handling costs.

Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
